Thai-styled pasta in coconut milk gravy

I love the Elbow a.k.a. Gomito pasta















Boil the pasta with a bit of olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano















Stir-fry the eggs, and the pre-cut veggies. Add seasoning.















Boil the coconut milk powder with water as per preference
of thickness of gravy.
















Add the coconut milk with the stir-fried veggies.















Add the drained pasta to the gravy, with oregano, basil and
cook for some time after adding generous portions of cheese.

















Thai-styled pasta with  coconut milk sauce, ready to eat!
