Instant noodles with oyster sauce, and chilli prawns

| Prawns, deep fried with corn flour |

| Wash the green peas |

| Wash the American sweet corn |

| Wash the mushroom thoroughly |

| Diced mushrooms, onions, capsicum, carrots, garlic and slit chillies for the gravy |

| Long sliced capsicum, carrots, mushrooms, and onions for the noodles |

| Sweet corn sliced for noodles |

| Add water, then add the instant noodle cake with the garnishing powder. When the noodles is almost ready, add few teaspoons of oyster sauce. |

| Add water and the chilli garnishing powder and cook till the gravy boils over. |

| Serve piping hot! |

| Mushrooms, onions, american corn, sweet corn, garlic and green peas |

| The Instant pad thai noodles is not so instant, They need to be soaked hot water for atleast 20 minutes, prior to cooking |

| Jumbo prawns, de-veined and cleaned |

| Add the noodles, toss around lightly to avoid breaking them, and then add the garnishing powder. Add few teaspoons of Stir Fry sauce and cook for few more minutes. |

Thai-styled pasta in coconut milk gravy

| I love the Elbow a.k.a. Gomito pasta |

| Boil the pasta with a bit of olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano |

| Stir-fry the eggs, and the pre-cut veggies. Add seasoning. |

| Boil the coconut milk powder with water as per preference of thickness of gravy. |

| Add the coconut milk with the stir-fried veggies. |

| Add the drained pasta to the gravy, with oregano, basil and cook for some time after adding generous portions of cheese. |
