Oats with skimmed milk, fruits and syrupy date jaggery

Oats, boiled in skimmed milk, with fruits and
syrupy date jaggery.
Due to high cholesterol levels found in my annual health checkup this year, I have been advised by the Doctor to strictly have Oats with skimmed milk for breakfast. Tried some variations, and this one I like the most. The syrupy date jaggery is my favourite, which was sent by my beloved uncle, specially from West Bengal.

Prawns, deep fried with corn flour

Wash the mushroom thoroughly

Diced mushrooms, onions, capsicum, carrots, garlic and
slit chillies for the gravy

Cooking on both burners is a little tricky and needs complete
attention. In the frying pan, after frying the garlic in few
teaspoons of olive oil, fry beaten eggs until scrambled fluffy.
Then add the veggies and fry for some. In the "kadhai"
(Indian round bottom wok), after frying the garlic in olive oil,
stir fry the veggies and then add the prawns with ginger garlic
paste and salt to taste

Add water, then add the instant noodle cake with the garnishing
powder. When the noodles is almost ready, add few teaspoons
of oyster sauce.

Add water and the chilli garnishing powder and cook till the
