Pasta with mushroom cream sauce and diced deep-fried sausages

Can't seem to have enough of button mushrooms. Cut to
chunky pieces. Some were grated for the sauce.
















Fry garlic paste in olive oil, added grated mushrooms.
Then add lot of fresh cream and cook till a consistent
texture. Add just salt and pepper as per taste.

















Boil elbow pasta with a bit of olive oil, salt, pepper and
oregano
















Stir-fry veggies, add seasoning, ginger-garlic paste. Add the
strained pasta and cook for some time after adding some
cheese. Add a little bit of Arrabiata sauce for taste.
















Pasta with delicious mushroom cream sauce, served with
deep-fried diced sausages.
